I found these plans a while ago they have just been sitting in one of my folders.
I converted them to JPG so they are easy to see. If you would like the PDF copy I will figure out how to post it here.

I am putting together a team in NY State so anyone interested in the TriState area should contact me. Philip, is the reason for a split level pureley cosmetic? There are many logistical problems introduced the higher you go and the expense increase is on a geometric scale.
