We are forming a community by Lake Palestine in the Tyler area.
We started a non-profit to offer training, and building off-grid "earthship" houses and aquaponic farming to grow fruits, vegetables and fish. These systems provide for all basic human needs: shelter, food, water, and power; because no one should have to pay a cost just for living.

The community is based on each individual or family owning their own land. Owners have the option of building an earthship of their own. We will co-op with aquaponics farming to provide food for the community. Participation in this is optional. This property is already established with roads, water, and power. Plus direct access to the lake with boat ramps and beach front. It is located 20 minutes from Tyler, Texas providing access to jobs, schools, city amenities, etc.
